We can perform Electrical Pre-Inspections to help you find code violations prior to going through inspection with the NYC DOB. We check to make sure the provided EPR Drawings match the as-built conditions, and that all fuse, breaker, and conductor sizes comply with code. We also measure working clearances, and check for proper grounding and bonding. After completion of the Pre-Inspection, we will provide you with a list of code violations and our solutions on how to resolve them. In addition to conducting Pre-Inspections, we can be present at the official NYC DOB inspection to assist in any unwarranted defects.
